Jill Fisher - Manager of Organizational Excellence

Jill Fisher, Manager of Organizational Excellence, has advocated for the rights of people with developmental disabilities for over 30 years, starting her career at the Fort Wayne State Developmental Center. Jill began her career with Your Friends & Neighbors in 1989 and has worked in several different capacities within the organization. Currently, Jill works to champion the core values and philosophy of the company. As an extension of that goal, Jill enjoys making a difference, no matter how small, for great folks each day. Jill holds a B.A. in Speech Pathology and Psychology from Indiana University and a MBA from the University of St. Francis.
