We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, but if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 60 days from the delivery date.
1. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 60 days from when the original order was received.
2. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be re-sized or altered in any way.
3. Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged if they are wrongly made, shipped, or broken, with no limitations.

2.Personalized items are non-refundable, including those 10K/14K/18K gold personalized items. We will charge a 30% restocking fee for the exchange on the personalized items.
3.Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
4.If your items were missing because a wrong or insufficient address was offered, you won’t got a refund. But we will offer you a 20% discount if you repurchase it.

5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. YFN will charge a 30% restocking fee for the return of the non-personalized gold items, including the 10K/14K/18K ones.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your YFN wallet or the original payment account as you requested.

* The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

The returning shipping fee will be paid by yourself if there is nothing wrong with the item and you return it for your personal reason.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your YFN wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
